I,ve been here for years and seen many changes. Very good dental care. Minor points, waiting room not people friendly.and their computer generated questionnaire each time before an appointment seems unnecessary.

As we specialise in NHS and Private Dentistry, all patients who are using NHS Dental Services must complete a Patient Record Form for each course of NHS dental appointment. This is an obligation set by the NHS. We hope we are able to help again in the future.

I always see the hygienist first and she is very thorough, provides good advice with dental hygiene, is vert polite, friendly and normally there is minimal waiting time. The dentist is also very pleasant and does not carry out any unnecessary x-rays but carries out a thorough examination.

My crown had fallen out. I telephoned and had the 1st available appointment, which was in 2 days. Tooth fixed and also some more treatment done. Excellent

Arranged my first checkup with the practice, as an NHS patient. I was seen shortly after arriving, the examination was thorough (and included X-Rays), and I was given honest advice on the options and costs of follow-up treatment.

This was an appointment for hygene and check up. The teeth cleaning was extensive and thorough. The check up was extremely quick. I as in and out in a few minutes (including the general chat). I suppose, at my age, there is nothing much to review.

I was seen on time and the services of both the hygenist and dentist were efficient and friendly and the practice administration is very good. Slightly on the costly side.

Reception staff were unfriendly, unsmiling and general attitude/customer service lacking and not what I would expect. Dentist was friendly and cheerful. Asked a lot of questions about my eating habbits and health which I've not experienced before. However, I came away feeling that the emphasis was on my gums. I didn't feel the dentist looked at/checked any fillings I have. when telling the dental nurse what teeth I have, it wasn't noticed that I have a veneer over my top right 'C' tooth and I had to mention this, which I feel is something that should be noticeable from underneath and also previous records should show the tooth under the veneer is a 'baby' tooth. Rather under-whelmed by my visit, along with past 3 visits. I feel the service given has definitely gone down since I had to change dentists due to my dentist on giving private treatment.

Called to make an appointment and the earliest available appointment was just a week later. The appointment was more or less on time. No need to wait long at the reception hall. The staff are helpful and responsive to questions asked. The dentist is gentle and patient. Pleasant experience overall.
