friendly, nothing was too much trouble, I have difficulty climbing stairs- so downstairs facilities made available.

This is an impressively well-run practice. It's very rare that I'm kept waiting beyond my appointment time and, I think, never by more than ten minutes even then. Advice is excellent and clear and emergency response is first-class.

My son (12) had an appointment with a new dentist and was very nervous because he was having two fillings. She put him at ease and discussed everything she would be doing and all through the procedures she kept reassuring him. His treatment was excellent and I would definitely recommend this practice!!

On my last visit I was seen on time, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the dentist explained everything he was going to do.

My 2 year old was terrified of sitting in the dentist chair and got rather upset, the dentist then had her stand near him and managed to complete his examination with minimal discomfort, the assistant was also amazing with distracting her and gave her some stickers after.
