I hadn't been to a dentist since before lockdown and was not looking forwards to it. I needn't have worried I was called into the surgery on time. The dentist was pleasant explaining what she was doing and why. I was asked if I would like to start treatment today. 15 minutes later I left the surgery after an examination and a scale and polish and impressions taken. All were done quickly and effficiently. A very positive experience.

Pleasant experience, the best experience of a filling to date so for a dental visit I was happy. I was seen on time and the filling itself was not long winded.

Had a tooth extraction, tooth broke during extraction but staff were very reassuring and apologetic even though the tooth was decayed . And broke during extraction . Dentist great and nurse too very friendly helpful and caring staff

Polite, friendly and helpful admin staff. Dentist explained everything in a non patronising manner and was efficient and caring. Ditto the dental assistant. I felt very ‘looked after’. Thank you
