Phoned to ask if they were taking on, and got seen in a couple of days. My dentist is friendly and professional, and was very good at talking me through the procedure I had and making sure I'm OK. Overall very good service, would recommend

Friendly receptionist staff, dentists and assistants. Very short wait from arrival to being seen by the Dentist. Clear feedback about what I can do to improve my dental care.

The dentist we visited was amazing with our under 3yr old toddler put them at ease and they allowed them time to get use to everything prior to looking at their teeth

On my 2 recent visits, I was seen promptly and consider the treatment I received was thorough. My only gripe is with the online forms to be filled in prior to a visit. This interface needs to be more user friendly

Brilliant communication, staff are approachable and polite. My dentist is professional and informative, letting me know what he is doing at every stage. The practice is clean and presentable.

I've been visiting this particular dentist every six months or so since 2006 and have nothing but praise for their service. From walking through the door to leaving after treatment the staff have been kind, courteous and, above all, professional. Marvellous!

Went for routine check up, which included x-rays. Given lots of information about particular teeth which may be a problem in future. Information put my mind at rest. I always find that all staff are helpful and the dentist always puts me at my ease.

Having recently moved back to Stafford I feel fortunate to have enrolled with an NHS practice. I have been really pleased with my visits and find the staff accommodating and very friendly. Problems have been explained clearly as well as treatments required including options and a guide on prices. Couldn’t ask for any more.
