Having a fear of the dentist since a child this practice is great and understanding. I was under this surgeries NHS list until a couple of cancellations and my fear got the better of me which has led to more problems, however it was the first on my list when recently needed and was seen to straight away and prescribed anti biotics which have relieved my pain and am trying to re register. What a mistake I made.

Very professional and courteous experience. Arrangement for appointment was immediate, and treatment result was most impressive. My experience on this last occasion was as good as all previous visits.

Friendly helpful reception staff, scarily competent dentists (with epic local anaesthetic), appointments available in sensible time frame, a huge change to what I've been used to! Highly recommended!

The practice is very friendly and the staff are all lovely and very helpful. I especially like the use of a downstairs room. The practice is always clean & tidy.

From the moment you walk into the practise there is a good vibe and the dentist themselves are very polite and talk you through the process of your procedure and this is very reassuring.

Door left open during treatment, with public able to view. Technical problems but no apology or explanation. Poor communication during treatment. I shall not use this hygienist in future.

Polite and considerate staff, clean and safe waiting area. Excellent treatment by dentist, doesn't feel rushed and always helpful and attentive. Good communication about appointments. A good experience, I'm fully satisfied.
