Was treated as an emergency patient and issue was not resolved, waited as long as possible before going back to them to see if the issue would resolve itself, was advised as it had been 2 months since original treatment they would not review it and I would have to go private, they would not see me as an NHS patient as I was not registered. I still have this issue and still need antibiotics.

Easily booked an NHS appointment. The female dentist was lovely and very understanding and listened to what I said, was very caring and understood how nervous I was. appointment on time. all in all a great experience

All the staff are kind, helpful, courteous and professional. The care I received was excellent and I can thoroughly recommend the practice. I have never had any difficulty making an appointment and have always been seen promptly.

Being a recent resident of Banbury this was my first visit to Damira as a new NHS patient. Because of a house move and lack of NHS dentists taking on new patients it was a couple of years since my last check up. The reception process was professional and friendly. The dentist I saw was also very professional; she carried out a thorough inspection of my teeth, identifying a filling that needed to be completed and smoothed off a small chip on one of my front teeth as well as taking two x-rays. At all times I was confident in her expertise and care and this first visit went without a hitch.

Booked as an emergency with terrible toothache. Very prompt same day appointment on a Saturday. Extremely friendly , helpful and professional advice. Have been referred due to having root issues.

From the receptionists to the dentists them self's, all are very welcoming and helpful. Appointments always seem to be on time so never the waiting area is never crowded.

The dentist left my non verbal 3 year old not very happy. She didn’t want to open her mouth so the dentist decided to pry her mouth open. She then started talking to my 3 year old like she was really annoyed at her when my child didn’t understand what was happening. Also could use some help with friendliness as the dentist was horrible.

Saw a new dentist ( to me), who provided excellent advice and guidance. No unnecessary treatment. The Hygienist was equally superb. One of the best I have ever received treatment from. Being an anxious patient, both practitioners were excellent in their management of my anxiety.
