I first had issues with this practice due to poor communication but when bringing to their attention my issue, it was resolved professionally and to my total satisfaction and ever since the dentist they have provided does an excellent job and the receptionists are curteous and welcoming

My first visit back since before the pandemic: the reception staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and soon got me booked in. The dentist that I saw was also very friendly, as well as being efficient and helpful. I have just had my first treatment (2 extractions and a filling) which went very well. The procedures were explained thoroughly and clearly. I must admit to being nervous before the extractions, but needn't have worried. I still have one to go, as well as several fillings and am now not quite so concerned.

i'm absolutely terrified of dentists. Always have been. I had tooth ache so I brought my check up forward. the receptionist i spoke with when booking was fantastic and extremely helpful. arriving for the appointment i was with my dad but chose to go into the room alone. from the moment i got in there i was visibly shaken and the dentist just could not have cared less. i managed to get into a seat. was moaned at because i couldn't feel the headrest behind me, so she forced my head herself. she started the exam, then walked off to start typing something, not sure what. by this point, i was crying, tears rolling. the dental nurse just sat in the chair the entire time i was in there, she interacted once when offering me a tissue at the end, and asked me to sign forms. the dentist came back to me, did another exam, said everything was fine, my gums were a little inflamed. didn't want to listen to my concerns as i wanted advice as i'm vomiting many times a day. she just offered a clean and polish that would have cost another £45. not a chance i begrudged paying the £23 for the exam. although i do believe that they're ok. this dentist, she needs to learn some compassion. There are alot of people out there who are afraid of dentist and to see someone who doesn't really care about their fears or anxieties could put them off.

From the receptionist to the dentist always so helpful, friendly and reassuring. Rang on the morning got in 40 mins later for an urgent appt.

My daughter been treated this week and I can’t thanks enough to dentist , dentist assistance and reception . All family are registered with this practice and we are very satisfied with all services provided . I highly recommend this practice

I was very pleased with the treatment that I received at this practice. They managed to fit me in at short notice to crown a tooth that had broken. Friendly and very efficient. I’m very happy with the new crown.

I have had to have several treatments here. My dentist is very gentle, and he knows how scared if the dentists I am. Because of this, he always explains exactly what he is going to do and is very careful. I am happy to visit this surgery, and have complete trust in them.
