The examination by dentist was carried out efficiently and professionally as was the attention by the hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice

Booked for a 30 minute appointment, which was 20 mins late and then was a rushed to 10 minutes. I would not recommend. had significant pain for the rest of the day. Previous dentist was great, not so much the new one. Didn't even introduce them self's?? Also the old dentist wanted an xray from the hospital, this one said not to bother ???! So I do not understand is it needed as part of my treatment or just too much bother for them ?

You won't see the same dentist once. Appointments are constantly cancelled, often very last minute. There is no clear policy as to which type of appointment you are given (emergency, NHS bands, private treatment....) Good facilities, but very badly run. Will leave as soon as I can get an NHS dentist elsewhere.

I am an NHS patient at this practice. Experience all good. Last dentist i saw was very pleasant and went out of her way to give explanations of treatment. No bad points at all. I will go there again

All staff including receptionists were very helpful and the dentist explained every detail of my examination and what possible treatment may be necessary.

I was contacted to come for an earlier appointment which suited me fine. Always pleasant staff from reception through to dentist. The consultation has a good structure and the examination appears thorough and the post examination advice is very helpful.
