Had a recent appointment postponed within an hour of the appointment and due to the lack of reception staff, they were only able to relay the information by text. As such I travelled (over 15 miles) to the appointment, being unaware that a text had been sent. Patients should be aware that phone calls to forewarn of such postponements may not always be possible, due to the pressure the reception staff are under. Moral of this is check your phone for texts before setting off for appointments. Lesson learned!

I have been with the practise about a year now as a private patient. I have found them reassuring (not a huge fan of dentists) and give advice without feeling rushed or that I am just a number. Would recommend them.

Had a troublesome tooth for several months. Phoned for an appointment at 8am was seen at 3:05 on the same day. Had the tooth removed and left the practice at 3:20. Fantastic service.

All the dentist I have experienced at Damira have been very professional but my current dentist ( who has returned from maternity leave) is both professional and clearly a perfectionist. She is also friendly and treats her nurse as a colleague rather than just an 'assistant'. Despite lots of drilling and having impressions taken(which I hate!) I feel I am in save hands. As good an experience as you can get when at the dentist! Happy with the busy reception staff also provide a friendly service.

Routine check up. I have had some random pains. Dentist throughly checked everything and took the time to explain what is causing the issue. He also explained what to do moving forward and was reassuring. The dentist and all staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks

Great experience. I arrived and was seen on time. Very pleasant welcoming staff on reception. Dentist was efficient, helpful and explained everything that he was doing. Very clean.
