The reception was not particularly welcoming, but the Dr and assistant were welcoming, and did a good diagnosis and treatment. I was very pleased with what I received.

I have been with the practice for 25 years , its well organised with good reception and appointment reminders are helpful .Good services especially the Hygienists , appointments are always on time and very friendly understanding staff , if you have an emergency they always try to accommodate .Overall I feel well looked after .

I find the practice very accommodating and the staff very helpful. My dentist is excellent and the hygienist is gentle.

This practice looks after our whole family. The receptionists, nurses and dentists are always friendly and happy to help. They are never judgmental. I would be very happy to recommend Cuckfield dental practice to friends and family.

I Came in today at 08.20 and I have to say the staff at the clinic are amazing and just when I think their customer service could not get better then it does - they are friendly, light hearted and very helpful - even the receptionists are amazing - Thank you Thank you Thanks You - Happy Christmas

Excellent care in respect of all aspects of treatment. The customer service cannot be faulted and all staff at the practice are extremely professional.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. A query was answered with a smile from the receptionist. My dentist and her colleague were friendly, kind and caring throughout my appointment. Observations regarding my dental health were explained to me in a reassuring manner. I highly recommend!

Following on from my dental appointment for a check up, I can say that I wouldn't be looking to change to any other practice. The staff are all friendly and explain their technical language in a way that doesn't make us feel dumb! Everything ran smoothly and promptly.

Warm welcome from the moment you open the door. Hygiene is evident at every stage including reception. Very efficient and explain everything as they work.
