I called the practice at opening in the morning due to an my problem having occured the evening before. They asked me to come attend to check some details and as I was doing that booked me in straight away for an appointment that day at 12:00. Everyone was really lovely and my Dentist asked me about the problem and what had happened. After a quick examination he told me what my options were and was happy to explain pros/cons of each. All in all my treatment took amybe 20 minutes total and I felt really comfortable and well looked after.

The reception staff are extremely helpful and polite. I like the new premises. My dentist is lovely. He takes an interest in me.

Receptionists were chatting while I was waiting the front desk. Tried to get their attention by catching the eyesight of one of them. Despite i did not speak to attract their attention one of the receptionist was rather rude and abruptly stated I had to wait. I found the behaviour rader rude a s lacking in customer service skills.

Dear 'Anonymous' I am sorry to hear that you felt that our reception team were unprofessional towards you. I have spoken to the Reception Manager and highlighted your complaint. Most discussion held by receptionists is Practice/Patient related, nevertheless, rudeness or abruptness will not be tolerated. Further training will be given in regards to customer facing communications. I wish to apologise for the experience you have received.

My dentist is kind and gentle, thoughtful and thorough. She makes an examination at the dentist supportive and helpful, not frightening and intimidating. I am very grateful to her and all the staff who support the practice. They all work respectfully and efficiently. I cannot praise them all enough.

Always willing to help. Great continuity of care over a long time. Fell at ease and have confidence in the team. Have often gone the extra mile in care when needed. Had check up that identified problems and these were sorted on the same day. Great service

From the receptionist, waiting area and dental staff everyone was professional. The dentist explained the procedure and any outcomes. A great practice.

A short implant bridge (3 front teeth) fitted years ago when I was in Spain had cracked. It was removed and repaired. The repair was swift (took only a week) and the bridge was refitted - as good as (maybe better than) new by very friendly and helpful staff. All the process was explained clearly and was followed by technically excellent treatment. I am grateful for the caring and professional approach shown by everyone.

After several years of trauma from bike related incidents my front teeth were badly in need of a full refurbishment! The fantastic advice and expertise of the dental team undertaking the complex procedures resulted in the return of my smile. I am delighted with the outcome. Thank you also to the reception team for fitting me into the series of appointments so quickly and smoothly during this time, really appreciated.

I was going for a check-up. No bib put on. I showed my partial upper denture and just told to take it. Not told where to put it. I put it in what I latter found out was the place where people gargle and spit into. No checking of each tooth and recording, like I used to have. Just told to put my tongue to the left and then to the right. That was it. There were three women in the room, my dentist and two others.
