The hygienist was ok but I had to wait over 12 mins from my appointment however, the thing that made me more annoyed was all the other times my appointment was cancelled last min sometime the night before from recollection. If I had the option I would leave this practice.

My Dentist was great. He is always very friendly and polite. Explained the process thoroughly to me and the procedure was relatively quick. Also explained the aftercare in detail which was helpful.

I had been visiting this practice for a couple of years since the pandemic. During that time I had 7 different appointments cancelled on the day of. I then had to wait for at least a month each time for it to be rescheduled. On the occasions my appointment happened, I'd head in and be in and out of the seat within 4 minutes and be told everything fine. I cracked a tooth, dentist filled it up and left it at that. Eventually the pain was so bad I went for a second appointment as I couldn't get appointments with the dentist when I needed them. It turns out I needed a root canal and 5 fillings! I have no idea what this dentist is doing but I suggest they take a little more time and consideration. It's very clear they're rushing NHS patients through as quick as possible so they can get their more lucrative private patients in the seats! Never going back to this one - completely failed me.

The Dentist we saw today is new to the practice and was extremely patient and kind with my 7 year old twins. He asked if we had any questions and just generally had a kind/calm demeanour about himself. We as a family liked him very much.

Walked in on time, checked in at desk, signed form, told to proceed to surgery upstairs, dental check carried out, paid, next appointment check made & out. Routine

The appointment system in this practice is very poor. Book an appointment about 1 month ago for a filling no appointment for 3 months. A few weeks after booking appointment for Jan the receptionist called to say appointment was cancelled and the next appointment would be End of Feb. After making a complaint an earlier appointment was given, but again today that appointment has been cancelled. This has happened on several occasions.
