Not the same hygienist I used to see as requested before. It was embarrassing for both of us. Anyway I decided to go ahead with the treatment as it wasn’t her fault. I should have been told. I did asked the receptionist to make a note and book me only with the one I request to see in future:

Brilliant service from Cottams Dental Practice. Phoned first thing for an appointment for a painful broken tooth and it was removed as agreed to by 1.00 pm. I am very pleased with the efficiency of the service. Many thanks.

Definitely deaf aware. I lip read and found that everyone was aware, faced me, spoke clearly and took care to ensure that I understood them. Courteous and reassuring. I recommend your practice to anyone.

Appointment on time Hygienist explained in detail my dental problems and how she was going to deal with them. Also what I need to do to improve the situation and prevention. Very thorough. Thank you

I was very nervous about my visit today. But the lady dentist listened to me and understood my concerns, which means an appointment at the Dental Hospital will be done so that I can a tooth removed there. Thank you
