The dentist and nurse were very polite, and I was told what was happening at each step. I am usually very anxious going to dentists but today was a good day.

Excellent service as always. The dentist that I had treatment with was professional yet friendly, calming and reassuring, and explained what she was doing throughout. Her assistant was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Cottams, they are the best dental practice that I have ever been registered with

Courtesy ,professionalism ,quality of dentistry ,engagement and communication. The dentist is a lovely person and very competent .She provides careful and quick work.

The dentist did not offer any greeting and did not make eye contact. She kept speaking without listening or understanding. She seemed very careful about the NHS funds but was herself wasting these funds by asking us to come again and again, asking each time if we are a new patient because we are not appearing on her system. We received different contradictory email massages confirming and then cancelling the appointment. Very disappointing experience. Very rude, disrespectful and didactic dentist!
