I just wanted to pass on to you, my thanks and appreciation, and to acknowledge what a great experience, from the reception team and to the dentist and his dental nurse, provided for me on my appointment yesterday. They all ensured, with real patience, and consideration for a very nervous customer, every detail was explained with calmness and respect. I was even offered a choice of music to help me stay calm. I left the practice, calm, with repaired teeth, and no longer having a phobia of the dentist. Sincerely, great job, thank you

From the moment that I walked in I was greeted like I mattered. The lady on reception was nice jolly and welcoming. I then was called by the dental nurse again a super caring person - who throughout the procedure ensured that I was ok . The Dentist was lovely extremely professional and also caring . Talked me though the entire process after checking my health. I was amazed at how efficient he was. And considering the tooth he had to remove was a 65 year old mouler he was incredibly quick! From start to finish this was the best dental experience that I’ve ever experienced I will be retiring for sure. Thank you so very much !

I have been referred to this practice twice through 111 and have been most impressed with the care and professionalism that has been shown by the various dentists I have met. Excellent aftercare too when I developed a dry socket, post extraction.

Twice now I have had to ring for emergency dental treatment. The receptionist are very friendly and very helpful and have managed to book me a appointment for the next day. I am so grateful that I found this surgery. First class service.

The dentist and front of house are always so helpful, kind and patient. I am a very nervous patient and feel incredibly grateful for the outstanding dental treatment I have received under your care. Went to the hygienist last week and was so impressed by the quality of care. Gentle, thorough, positive. All one would ask for. The practice in general is excellent and gets my 5 stars. Well done all!

It was a delight to speak with the Front of House Manager over the telephone on two occasions recently on behalf of my husband. It was so re-assuring to be speaking with someone who was knowledgeable, very courteous and supportive of our needs. She was very professional and delivered on everything she said she would. A shame there aren't more people like her around to help people in need in this day and age.

Simply the best dental care I’ve ever had. Lovely reception team, lovely clean building, easy to park on the road nearby, wonderful dentist who is kind, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My 7 yrs old daughter has been referred to this practice and get her first ever tooth extracted. The lady doctor + the last nurse was just fantastic! They made my daughter feel welcomed, at ease and not scared. They explained in detail, what is going to happen and demonstrated the planned actions. After the extraction, my daughter was calm and happy. A reward sticker and a small toy were just icing on the cake! Definitely recommend this practice for children of any age. Thank you very much.
