   It is completely impossible to contact them to make an appointment either by phone or email. They just don’t respond which results in long delays between appointments and therefore ineffective treatment.

   Diabolical care . You have to chase them for your next appointment. Nobody answers the phone and the emergency repair option takes you back to the main menu. Currently needing my daughter's braces fixed and can't get in touch with them
