I was let go from this practice as an nhs patient as they said I hadn’t been for ‘ more than 2 years’ they had cancelled my appointments due to ‘ the dentist being on holiday’ suddenly - twice and once because she was ill. Every attempt for a new appointment seemed to make me wait months ( admittedly my availability is difficult as I travel a lot for work) so it was easy to not go for a really long time. The receptionist ( and I do understand it can be a stressful job with angry people) was unhelpful, borderline rude and obstreperous when I challenged this. I got a Version of ‘ the computer says no ‘ when I said they had cancelled by phone several times. Then had the cheek to offer to register me as a private patient but why would you when she can’t even be civil and they would rather lie than admit some part in a problem? Happy with my new private dentist elsewhere. Also new dentist said they had put a filling on a healthy tooth and left the one that was causing pain ( I’d reported a dull ache while chewing in ‘ one of my molars ) to decay . Would not recommend at all .

My grandma always receives great service and excellent care from the dentist along with fantastic service provided by the receptionist. Lovely dental practice :)

I have been going to this practice for years. They are always friendly and communicative regarding appointment times, reminders etc. The dentists there are really fantastic and always go the extra mile, I have had extensive work over a number of appointments and always felt safe, informed and made to feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

This practice is the best I have ever attended. Excellent communication and reminder system. Great practitioners who do a terrific job. So pleased they were able to take me and my family on!

Nestled unassumingly amongst the small independent shops of Chatsworth Road is this Dental Surgery offering first class dental care to bougie and street cred alike . The entire clinical experience is a smooth process .* A warm and welcoming interaction with the receptionist * A cool neat uncluttered environment * Promptly seen or apologies proffered if a slight delay * State of the art 🖼️ dental equipment * Good eye contact : words of welcome and smile from the dentist * A very nice bedside manner interaction- unusual in this day of conveyor belt service * Entire procedure is explained to the patient * As treatment is given a running commentary is given by the dentist * The dental team interacts amongst themselves with practised ease. * Great care and attention is given to examination of teeth gums and oral cavity * Tartar removal : dental cleaning : remedial work done with consummate skill and dexterity

My treatment was totally pain and stress free. The dentist was skilled and sensitive and produced the most amazing crown which feels like my old (unbroken) tooth. In the past it has taken several weeks to adjust to a new dental work.I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a review appointment, to check on a recent crown. All is well, and I really appreciate the great work. I also had a broken tooth and a filling that needed fixing. The Dr kindly did both on the spot. I am 75 and have been going to dentists for almost 70 years. This is the finest NHS dentist that I have ever attended in all this time. Everyone from the reception, who are efficient and welcoming, to the brilliant dentists are top notch. Since I attended this practice, my teeth are getting better! A long term problem with a broken front tooth has been resolved, and I've had two new crowns. Thank you so much. Good teeth are so important, so thank you again for looking after mine so well.

I have attended Clapton Dental Surgery for over 10years and have always had an excellent service and positive experience. The staff are helpful, informed and take time to explain treatment options. The environment is small, but clinically clean & safe and the staff take the principles of infection control seriously. I have received multiple treatments over the years and always with excellent outcomes.
