I had an appointment with the hygienist. The person was very professional and gave me a thorough clean. I was also given new advice on cleaning my teeth.

I have always found all the team efficient polite and friendly. The reception is calm with helpful information on the screen which takes your mind off the appointment with either dentist or hygienist so when you are called you feel calm to. As well as the treatment they calmly explain what they are doing and then advise you on what you can do to improve your teeth. Appointments are normally on time so no unnecessary hanging around.

My dentist, as always gave me the right treatment for dreadful toothache which will require root canal treatment. A course of medication has greatly relieved the pain as I wait for the root canal treatment.

Most recent was dental hygienist - always have the same person: professional & pleasant. Couple of months earlier dentist removed wisdom tooth - all went really well. Bills very reasonable.

Rang to book appointment for routine check up in August , told first available appointment was early November?? Then informed I could be seen sooner if I wanted a private appointment. Creeping privatisation!!!

Hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth. My dentist is always calm, caring and reassuring. He doesn't over complicate things but is efficient in the examination and treatment of my teeth.

Three receptionist and all on the phone while a queue of people waiting to check in. An idea would be to allow 2 of the receptionist answer calls and one deal with customers in person. The waiting list is a joke-I was told in September I would be waiting until January for a check up and yesterday I was told it’s November. Consuming and quite frustrating. Due to the waiting list of an appointment I went elsewhere and have been informed I need / fillings. I asked at Clapham South Dental can I please make an appointment for my 2 fillings if I can send a proof of letter from my other dentist and the receptionist said no. She said I’ve to book and pay for a consultation with a dentist and then come back and pay for an appointment tent for the fillings. I then asked was it possible to just book an appointment and pay for the consultation and in the same day make another appointment for my filling and they said this wasn’t possible. That’s the stupid part. The hygienist I’ve been to twice is friendly and the job was done thoroughly but I felt he had no care when it came to my comfort. He was the one who told me in February that my gums are sensitive….i am aware of this!!! Yet yesterday he was very rough with my mouth and I didn’t feel comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be returning here.

I was very satisfied on my visit.The staff were very friendly. There was no delay, I was called on time. The oral cleaning was very good.

good location and practice is very clean but I don't feel they look after patients properly, I book a teeth hygiene with them although they increase the price to £70 now and I was in & out in less then 7 minutes, ridiculous rip off, next time I will go elsewhere
