Staff from reception to dental nurse and dentist were welcoming and professional. I feel like an adequate amount of attention was given to the check up I had. My only minor criticisms would be that I had a reminder text the day before. I would be ideal for me to have more notice (as the appointment was made last year). The other thing is that the waiting area seemed to be plastered with advertising, and whilst this can be informative, the room had become a little less comfortable for it. Very minor points, and I was very happy with the dental service.

Thank you taking the time to leave us a review and we are pleased your happy with the dental service. We are sorry that you did not receive more than one reminder text, at the time of you visit we were having problems with our text service which has now been fixed and you should now receive a text reminder at least a week before. If this is does not happen please let us know. Apologies if you felt there was too much advertising, our waiting room is small so we understand that it can seem like there is alot of information to take in. Very good service by dentist, patient and seems very experienced which i appreciate. I never receive a scale and polish service in my check up though. I feel it should be included in all. Also i had to wait nearly an hour for my appointment. My sister said that was the same with her too

I love coming to the dentist. The receptionists are all amazing. So helpful and lovely. I have been coming to this dentist for a good few years and I am very satisfied. The dentists are amazing. So gentle really makes you feel at ease. And really helps you work out the best solutions for you and your teeth even taking money and time into account. They can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend to anymore. Thank you all !!

The dentist was very patient and caring. She explained everything she was about to do and was also very reassuring about how well I was tolerating the treatment as I was a nervous patient

Tr receptionist was very friendly and the Dentist as always was so lovely. She’s really kind and helpful. To someone who has a dentist phobia it really helps.

Due to the dental room being upstairs i found it very dufficult to climb the stairs due to my poor mobility. A downstairs room would be very good for myself and others who have mobility issues.
