welcomed by receptionist and quick check in.Seen by dentist almost immediately who explained the treatment I was there for which was then carried out very well. Next appointment made on way out. Glad I found this practice.

I had a replacement filling yesterday. Despite being worried as the hole was getting larger and approaching the nerve, the procedure went fine - in fact, almost perfectly. I felt no pain or even discomfort. Today, the day after, still no pain or discomfort, and the filling makes the tooth look better. I was out of the dentist surgery quickly; at all times the staff were friendly and answered my (many) questions. I've been with this particular dentist for quite a few years now, and unreservedly recommend them.

I had a crown fitted and the dentist explained exactly what will happen, they fitted in around my schedule and when I had a recent specific emergency with a broken tooth, they got me in quickly to fix the tooth.

The dentist was not so great. Just a quick check looked inside my mouth and that’s it. There’s no cleaning, it felt like it was less than 10mins.

I am very nervous of dentist due to past trauma. I recently had to have a filling and deep clean - I was treated with such care and patience. Every step was explained, I was given time to take breaks and didn't feel like the dentist was putting any pressure on me to hurry up. I trusted them. Very detailed clean of my teeth. Dental nurse incredibly reassuring. Receptionists are attentive and welcoming

Extremely please with whole service provided by Carillon Dental Practice. Everyone there very professional. Reminders issued about appointments verbally/e-mail & text. Dentist very re-assuring and explained every part of the procedure thoroughly. All costs were also explained. Would recommend as an excellent practice to go to .

Yesterday I had a filling, but just after the injection for numbness I had a bit of a panic attack and it took a while for me to calm down, my Dentist and her staff were very kind and caring and calmed me down so I could continue to have the treatment.

I first came to this practice as they offered sedation and a filling had come out so needed quick treatment (my then dental surgery had no one available for over a month). That was in 2018 and I have remained there since, with no hesitation or regrets. As someone who can just about get through a check-up, a new dentist is daunting. No such problem here. I felt immediately at ease with my dentist who also does the sedations. I have to have sedation for any treatment and the difference between this practice and my old one is that it's far more professional and they make sure you are safe to have sedation and understand any issues with other medications that might cause issues. They fully explain everything to you, with advice on what to do before and after the procedure. The practice staff are all welcoming and friendly, as well as being understanding. I also like that a lot of the staff have been there for longer periods - to me, it shows a happy workplace. The practice itself is not clinical either, which helps. If you are a nervous patient, and after having sedation elsewhere, I would also say this is the place to go. I have a family member who has also changed and is very happy.

I am here as an NHS patient. This week I had a problem with a broken tooth. Was getting t into the surgery and treated the next day. The dentist was very kind and attentive and offered two appointments in one week to ensure I received the treatment I needed .

Very clean conditions good care l was told everything as the dentist was doing it very good; when the work was completed the dentist explained what l should do if there was any problems
