From the moment I entered the surgery i felt relaxed and welcomed. The dentist explained the procedure in depth and possible complications. The dentist was very conscientious, checked how I was repeatedly, putting me at ease for her to remove a particularly troublesome wisdom tooth. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

First visit to this practice after changing dentist and found it to be very friendly and felt at ease from the moment i walked in the door. People there are very caring and helpful and explained everything fully. My dentist answered every question and made me feel at ease as i was very nervous.

I have been a patient of this practice for many many years. The receptionists and dental staff are warm, welcoming and professional. My dentist has a calming friendly demeanour, which always puts you at ease, and considering there is 12 months between visits, you are made to feel remembered. I would highly recommend this practice.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years due to covid and moving house. I saw the dentist who was friendly and happy to chat through and show me the x-rays. I then saw the hygienist a couple of days later who was again, very friendly and happy to explain and talk through any questions I had. I’m very happy with both appointments and would recommend this practice.

I have been a very happy patient at Cape Road for many years and have always received treatment of the highest quality. It is a fabulous dental practice. From initial contact, whether by telephone or face to face in Reception, to conclusion of the dental work, I have found the whole service to be excellent. I do not believe you could find a more friendly, caring, professional and skilful group of people. I have no hesitation in recommending Cape Road to others.

When the dentist I’d been going to for over 40 years announced his retirement, being a nervous patient it would be an understatement to say that I was not looking forward to going to a new dentist. I needn’t have worried, I’ve now been with Cape Road Dental Practice for two years now where the team are warm and welcoming, kind and caring and also very capable, efficient and professional. I would be very happy to recommend them.

The surgery is clean, tidy and well set out. The ladies on the front desk are helpful and smiley. My dentist treats me with respect and is always helpful and asks how I am.
