Exemplary service and treatment from both Dentist and Hygienist. And reception staff were also wonderful. Would highly recommend this practice to others.

This has been my second visit to the hygienist and she was first class. Thorough with the cleaning of my teeth, reassuring when it was a bit painful or uncomfortable. I liked being told what to expect and given an update on how my gums were and encouraged to continue to look after my teeth.

I have been with Cape Road Dental Practice as an NHS patient for several years now and I rate their quality of service, organisational efficiency and standard of treatment as excellent. I have just one small niggle and that is that every time I go for a routine checkup (once every six months), they keep asking me to complete a multipage questionnaire about my medical history, which is invariably unchanged from one visit to the next. This seems unnecessary and is very irritating.

Good morning Graeme, Thank you for taking the time to feedback. Until recently we had to screen for covid, thankfully we do not need to complete this process every time now. Unfortunately we have to review and update medical histories at each appointment to make sure there are no changes, this is for patient safety We hoped that completing online at your leisure would be less time consuming than completing at the surgery. Thank you for patience

Professional and caring practice. Friendly receptionists, dentist and nurses. Unfortunately parking is not always readily available!

My dentist was on time and helpful my dentist was smiling and made my children welcome I just wish I could book an appointment on a Friday as that is my day off work and having to use holiday to come to the dentist

The reception team, hygienist, dental assistant and dentist are always courteous and helpful. I always get good treatment from the dentist who is also very informative.

Absolutely brilliant service, and my personal problem of having the 'shakes' seems to have diminished thank goodness - this was due to stress but not relating to the surgery or dentist

Tooth extraction carried out with care, and minimal discomfort. Completed efficiently and with clear instructions for aftercare. I had worried about the procedure, but this was unnecessary
