I have a fear of the dentist. The receptionist was very understanding as was the dental nurse and dentist. They made the experience as easy as possible for me with my phobia. Kind and explaining what was happening as it happened.

Been attending regularly for Invisalign treatment and seen the hygienist. Cannot thank the staff enough, all are very efficient and helpful. Making my experience a positive one.

Very good service. Not left waiting for appointment time as quite often in a little earlier. Everyone very polite and informative with nothing forced on you. Would recommend to everyone if asked.

I was in for 5 extraction's, and advice as too if i should have the temporary denture, I felt the need to wait after the extraction for 4 months. The dentist was too the point and that reassured me. His nurse was reassuring as well, I hate the injections, but once they were done I felt nothing at all apart from one extraction, the dentist administered another pain killer and I felt nothing after that. I had to ask if all 5 were out, and they were. Unlike another time I felt almost nothing at all. I recommend this dentist. Best regards, Art Russell

Having the start of a gum infection and due to go on holiday in a few days. The practice managed to fit me in for the following day. An x Ray was taken and a little pressure was relieved from the swollen gum. Antibiotics taken and much improved within 24 hours. Thank you all at the practice.

I would recommend this dentist practice to anyone who on NHS they make you feel so relaxed keep talking to you and wot going to happen. This is my third time back. Not had any problems with it. Thank you

Always good care by my dentist. Good explanation of planned procedure & options. At this practice there are always smiling faces and friendly atmosphere.

Having had toothache all over the bank holiday weekend I went to Canterbury Cosmetics at 9.05 am on the Tuesday. I was invited to wait till the dentist was free but only sat there 5 minutes before I saw him. He took an X-ray and prescribed antibiotics and by 9.30am I was sitting in the nearby pharmacy waiting for my tablets. NHS at it's finest
