Always treated well, everything explained and never had a problem with the treatment provided. All staff are very courteous and they make you feel as if you are important to them. On a recent 6 monthly examination a minor problem was identified and they were prepared to rectify it while I was in the chair, which meant I did not have to make another appointment and return at a later date. For the sake of 5 minutes it saved me hours in the future travelling between home, having treatment and returning home.

I have had a root treatment and a crown done by this fantastic dentist and have always been treated with respect and kindness . The dentist always explains the different treatment or alternatives available to me. She always takes my needs and wishes into account, giving a very patient-centred and empathetic approach, always explaining and allowing time for me to feel at ease. The dental assistants and receptionists are all friendly, courteous, helpful and very accommodating. Even the whole surgery and reception area is very welcoming and calm. I would have no hesitation to highly recommend this practice.

Appointment on schedule, staff informative and explained treatment whilst affording the opportunity to ask questions. I was treateded courteously and with respect, ergo; the experience was positive. A big thank you to the staff.

It was my sons first time visiting the dentist and they were very kind and welcoming letting him know what they was doing each step of the appointment. Everyone was very polite and professional

Had a few problems still waiting Had tooth out and should of had fill to but filling was not fix so 2 week wait Denture uncomfortable see how it fits when gum heal

I explained that I have an extreme gag reflex. The lady dentist and assistant were very kind and understanding. They allowed me ample intervals to take a breather and regain control.
