I cannot praise this dental pratice high enough. I am always greeted with a very friendly, polite and helpful reception team. The Receptionists always put you at ease and answer all your querries. My dentist is the best dentist I have ever had in the last 50 years. My dentist always greets you with a big smile which puts you at ease straight away. I am frightened of needles and I can honestly say, that she is so gentle that you don't even feel the needle going in. My dentist always takes time to explain the treatment needed and costs involved. During the treatment, my dentist always made sure that there was no pain or if I needed to have a break. The dental nurse was brilliant too by making sure I was comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to everyone as you will not be disappointed. It is very clean, friendly and welcoming. The staff are all absolutely fantastic. Its a shame that I am unable to praise the staff by writing their names especially my dentist.

Efficient service and good advice from the dentist. Staff friendly helpful and efficient. The treatment that I have received since becoming registered with this practise has always been conducted in a professional and efficient way. This latest appointment was conducted in the same manner.

Receptionists are very polite considerate & caring. The dentist himself instantly makes you feel at ease. I have had bad experiences with another practice the dentist here rectified the problem immediately I had a tooth extracted here 6 months ago and instantly the pressure I had felt for a few years disappeared. I had a check up last week and all is good for another 6 months.

I was given a friendly welcome at reception, then seen bang on time by the dentist. She and the nurse were friendly and professional. She was thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing and give appropriate feedback and sound, useful advice.

The staff are all very polite and helpful. From walking into the practice, the reception staff are very polite and have you seating straight away. If there is a delay with the appointment, you are advised straight away. Once called into see the dentist by the dental nurse they are also very helpful and ask if there is anything you wish to discuss about your teeth before they start the check up.

Very Clean, nice and friendly practice. My Dentist kind and considerate. Always goes the extra mile. The Reception friendly and efficient. Caught me out by lunch closure so had a long wait outside in the cold sadly. Can't let that happen again.

From the minute you enter the practice you are made to feel so welcome, the receptionist that I saw each visit was so nice and friendly which makes such a difference. The treatment I had was carried out quickly and efficiently, the dentist was kind and patient and the nurse also. All in all I had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Received email confirming my appointment, went in on time and had a thorough check up, dentist and assistant we’re kind and respectful and gave good dental advice,a thorough pleasing experience.
