After trying for weeks of leaving messages (as no one was picking up the phones) to get an appointment for a check-up. I finally got through to make my appointment which was for today at 2pm. I had previously registered online and had been accepted for NHS treatment and I was having my initial 1st check -up appt. I booked in at reception. The girl did something on the computer which I assume was booked me as arrived. She told me to fill a form out and take a seat. After about 10 mins I was called back to the desk to say there was no appointment made for me???!!!!...and that was that! I explained i'd written it down on my calendar as it was given to me over the phone by the lady who'd phoned me back!.....The worst thing is my next door neighbour had the same experience with this practice. He was also told he didn't have an appt when he most certainly did! Just shows what an incompetent practice this is. The need more staff to man the phones which need answering regularly. Not just when they feel like it! Also some admin and reception training wouldn't go amiss. They seem cluless!..what a waste of a day as I don't live near Boston. Terrible service.
