Excellent treatment with both hygienist and dentist.Both took time to talk to me, explain issues , put me at my ease and ensure they did the best work possible . Very friendly and great at what they do. Thank you

Staff were super friendly and professional, explained everything clearly and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The waiting area is comfortable, I got seen on time for my appointment and the fees for private care are very reasonable. The waiting times for appointments were shorter than other local dentists I contacted. Thank you for providing such a great service.

Dentist is lovely lady, as is her nurse. Very gentle. Explains everything she is going to do and gives advice for aftercare. I’m very anxious but never worry when I’m in her hands.

I was kept waiting for 25mins and as i suffer from anxiety when i attend Dental practice's thats not good, plus ive had a particular tooth that has been getting gradually more painful with each checkup appointment and im still hearing 'lets see how it goes', this particular checkup ive paid for first tier treatment as a small filling has fell out (this payment includes up to 2 fillings and a x-ray) so why aren't i getting the problem tooth x-rayed and filled if needed.

From the moment I walked into the practice, I felt the staff cared about me. Into the "surgery" - I was immediately put at my ease and felt both were taking an interest in me as a person - not just another case - that meant a lot to me. I was given plenty of time fully to explain my dental problem, and my options were explained fully and clearly. The procedure was carried out carefully, with full attention to necessary pain relief. I'm 100% happy with my experience, and am delighted to have the opportunity of telling them so, in print. Thank you to the reception staff, and thank you to the "practioners" for looking after me so well
