Swelling and pain. Called Xmas day. Was told to take pain relief and call back following morning if it persisted. Was told that it would be recorded and I probably needed antibiotics for the swelling and they would prescribe them to me if I was still in pain. Called back following morning through 111. Was called back and they told me that nothing had been recorded so I had to start again. Asked me for my email to send me a link and then asked that I take 7 passport sized pictures of my mouth at certain angles. I live alone and this was impossible. I gave them my email but no link was sent. Called 111 again and was on hold for 40 minutes. Got through and spoke to the same person. They told me that the fact that the link was not sent was not their fault and they blamed the dentist. I was sent a link and I took a picture. I was then sent another message later saying that I actually had to take the 7 pictures but this had not previously been mentioned to me The man yesterday and the woman today did not tell me that they weren’t dentists. The man yesterday sounded as if he was. I have spent Xmas and Boxing Day in pain and they did not care one bit. The service was terrible and I am still in pain. Thanks for nothing.
