As a new patient with children, I felt the staff, from the check in to the dentist/hygienist were really welcoming and friendly. Not a long wait time at all. Well informed with no unnecessary treatments. Thank you. An excellent experience.

Understands my dentist phobia. Takes time to relax me and talk me through the necessary treatment. Gentle when carrying out treatment. Discusses possible future treatment for the current problem and any possible other problems which may require treatment at a later date.

I have experienced all members of staff as being professional, sensitive and skilled in their area of expertise. I noticed early on that my anxiety decreased as staff are able to put me at ease with explanations at every stage of work. Though the waiting room is small it offers a sensible seating format.

We are so lucky to have a dental practice in our village like this, super efficient and very professional staff,always welcoming and with a smile on there faces, bravo.

This practice is helpful, and efficient. I have no problems getting appointments, always send a reminder text or email, cannot fault the practice.

After booking the Hygienist appointment online, I was sent an email confirmation and also asked to fill in a medical form though a link. The link did not work! Otherwise, service very efficient, very knowledgeable and personable Hygienist and very pleased with the treatment.
