Friendly and efficient staff and a dentist who puts you at your ease and who is straightforward and clear with any explanation.

Always receive good communication and careful but effective treatments. Each treatment is fully explained and costed prior to starting.

I experienced an excellent service from the reception through to my dentist. Checking in was easy and the dentist explained what he was doing, as always!

My appointment was on time, they explained what needed to happen throughly, fixed my tooth you couldn’t even tell I had chipped it it was such a great match. Friendly & professional

From being met in the car park, to the receptionists, to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves - Brenchley Dental are always friendly, calm, polite and informative. My dentist asks pertinent questions, tells me what they are doing at all times and gives advice where required and praise for things I'm doing right! The dentist and nurse wear masks and the receptionists are behind screens. Hand sanitiser is encouraged. All in all, I feel valued, respected and safe. Highly recommended practice, thank you.

Visit to hygenist was a pleasant experience, as both the hygenist and her nurse went out of their way to show care during the treatment (which, to be honest, I had not been looking forward to).

I had my 3 monthly hygienist appointment. The hygienist is excellent. She makes you feel at ease and is very gentle but thorough.

I was really nervous due to a previous experience at another dentist with wisdom tooth extraction. I needed this done again and the entire process could not have been more different. My Dentist was so calm , talked everything through from start to end and a procedure that took 15 mins plus at another dentist...I think the tooth was out in less than 2 minutes. He had a lovely nature , very sweet ,understanding but also didn't over play anything or over react which kept me as calm as I could be. It has removed any sort of nerves going back for my next appt

This was my first visit to this practice. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the professionalism. The dentist I saw was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease from the start.
