Dental treatment was faultless, However, the disabled toilet was cluttered with foot ware and garments hanging on the back of the door restricting access. This made it very difficult for me to help my wife, who is confined to a wheelchair, to use this facility. The room was more like a store cupboard than a disabled toilet. Please have more respect for those who are disadvantaged.

Very kind staff & the dental hygienist & dentist treated me with respect & kindness They checked to make sure I was comfortable & explained every procedure they were going to do

I decided to go to Brenchley Dental because a dentist from my previous practice had moved there. I am delighted to have made the decision because it is a friendly, professional and reassuring practice, with costs that are detailed and fair. The atmosphere is warm and the waiting room light and airy. There is plenty of parking. Overall I am delighted with my choice and would highly recommend.

I called the surgery, in the early morning complaining of a really painful tooth ache, The receptionist was really helpful, and managed to get me an appointment with a dentist that afternoon. When I arrived the dentist had a really good look, and took x-rays then prescribed a course of anti-biotics, and the came with me to reception to book a follow up appointment with my dentist for a follow up and to decide the best course of treatment. I felt that he really cared and only wanted what was best for me, and not what was the most profitablefor the practice.

After a tooth problem potentially causing a problem, the Practice were very helpful in fitting me in an 'emergency' appointment, which was much appreciated.

Having a denture for the first time was very scary but I was treated so caringly and everything was explained so well to me that the experience was not anything like how bad I thought it would be.
