Was seen promptly. The dentist was very personable but professional. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and then gave a very simple, understandable & comprehensive summary of what he’d done and what I should continue to do to help with my own oral & dental health.

Helpful and kind support staff, go the extra mile, I needed an emergency appointment yesterday it was easily arranged My dentist is an artiste, he repaired my teeth without any pain. I am always treated with kindness and respect and highly recommend this surgery.

I telephone for an emergency appointment and was seen within three hours and given the appropriate treatment by an understanding dentist of a nervous patient. The staff are caring and very professional. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends .

Everyone at the practice including the receptionists are really kind and efficient. Clinic is clean and welcoming. I had a check up and x-ray and everything was explained as I was treated.

I visited today for my check up they explained to me what work needed to be done in the near future. I found all staff were brilliant and friendly very happy with there service. P

The dental treatment was for a new crown to be fitted after a tooth broke, the dentist explained everything clearly beforehand and made sure I was happy going forward

We have used this dental practice for years as a family. They have always been good. Today I had a hygienist and dentist appointment but got stuck in traffic. I called about 20 mins to my appointment to let them know. The receptionist said she’ll let them know and see what they could do. I was able to still see the hygienist and the dentist despite being late. The dentist had a late lunch to accommodate me. Thank you. Great experience with both of them as always. Thank you all for what you do.

Prompt, clear explanations and brilliant with our grandchildren. The appointment system sends punctual reminders although I do find the repetitive requirement to fill in the medical forms rather tedious rather than 'has anything changed.
