It was a better outcome than expected and the X-ray helped diagnose my problem/ tooth ache. I was extremely grateful to have treatment where the dentist explained and listened .He was kind and helpful. Reception was also sympathetic.

Attentive dentist who gave me choice of treatment and advice on teeth cleaning routine and an excellent assistant who was polite and professional.

I arrived a few minutes before appointment, booked in by a friendly member of staff then called on time for my dental checkup. I cycled to the surgery and couldn’t find any dedicated cycle stands. Just 3 or 4 places to be able to securely leave a bike would be great.

The dentist and her nurse were both lovely. I was looked after very well during my examination and given some really clear and helpful advice about maintaining and improving my dental hygiene

The dentist’s welcome & her clear explanations about problems & treatments. However, I was a bit put off by the receptionist’s request for payment of £25+ when I checked in. I am already on your payment plan & I think she should have checked this before requesting payment.

Poor Service. Ring to book appointments for NHS staff to find I've been unregistered as I've not been attending. They were shut over Covid whilst I was working. Now i actually need a check up there are no NHS slots so its £105 upfront just for a check up and then "we can talk about a plan" Disgraceful

The dentist took the time to explain everything and communicated really well. I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush the appointment. Very pleased with the experience

I was dreading my extraction but the nurse and dentist were so lovely that they put me at ease. The procedure was quick and painless, highly recommended, thank you!

I'm scared of dentist but the lady I saw today and her assistant were brilliant made me feel so at ease had to have a tooth extracted it was done so well no trouble they made me feel so relaxed I went as an emergency through 111 they were that good I decided to have them and my permanent dentist thank you so much ladies

Very pleased with the dentist. The lady examined both my mouth and teeth thoroughly and after explained ways of improving dental hygiene with out being pushy. Very impressed. Reception also first class.
