They were running late over15 minutes but then over all was fair . Quick check a couple X-rays and a little advice on cleaning. So fair enough.

Helpful efficent receptionist. Dentist was pleasant and thorough taking two x-rays and making every effort to find the root cause of my problem. Organised a free follow-up check in two weeks time A very impressed patient.

Helpful appointment staff in rescheduled appointment. Courtesy and efficiency on arrivall Dental nurse friendly Dentist very knowledgeable and helpful taking time to chat about ongoing management of my dental health following recent start of medication which may effect it long term

Girls at reception friendly, Hygienist and the assistant hygienist lovely. Always has time to talk about any oral concerns and life. It like your out for coffee, we have laughed, cried, hugged over the last four appointments. And then you come out with not only a smile because of the reason you went but also a smile because it’s been a great all round experience. ?

No eye contact or recognition when they are on the phone from the receptionists . You feel as tho you are intruding

The service was fantastic , but can I just say £68 for a check-up seemed a little steep . For people such as myself a single parent on universal credit , this charge and any work that may need doing in future will cause me financial hardship . My dentist is amazing but I wish he was still with the NHS . It’s caused me stress I can tell you that

Calm, organised surgery, polite staff and the feeling that although most of my dental problems were due to my lack of attention when younger, all was not lost going forward. Something could be done! Thanks
