Arrived at practice to be told my dentist was now private and so had to pay £68 instead of NHS cost. Check up took 5 minutes. Good money if you can get it.

Friendly greeting by receptionist and dentist. My dentist was very thorough during my routine checkup, as always, and was very helpful.

Hygienist was calm and informative about the procedure. For a change I felt calm and comfortable with the work she did to save my teeth and gums. I am not usually a fan of dental work but felt thoroughly reassured throughout. Thanks a lot.

Receptionist was friendly and really helpful and hygienist was really good and explained what was going to be done and again really helpful.

Depsite a few people being around and lots going on with telephones, I was actually seen on time for once! I am unsure though about this new dental plan payment and then being charged another £70.70!! Will be looking into what is supposedly covered

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse gave good advice and were so good with my son at his first appointment.

I have always found the Dentists at the practice to be professional and thorough in their work. The Dentist I see is brilliant, plus has the the ethos of encouraging other staff to continue in their professional development. The newly qualified hygienist who I saw today 13th Sept 2023, reported the Dentist supported her to train as an hygienist. I will definitely request this hygienist again as she was great. Thus, a win win for patients.

The dentist that did my root canal was very good, didn’t feel like injection and she made me feel very safe and keep Checking to see I was ok. Highly recommend her!!! The reception staff also very welcoming, professional. Many thanks.

My dentist really helped with my anxiety. They told me step by step what was happening. They were patient, kind and understanding. I was completely included with my plan.
