I was kept informed of the wait time, the staff were friendly and when I met my new dentist he was lovely so gentle very pleasant

The dentist was so kind and nice in the way he spoke to my children and took time to explain things. Great service overall and it’s so good that we have a good dentist. Thank you

Amazing patient care. Dentist was excellent with toddler! Receptionist was brilliant at finding suitable next appointment.

Always friendly welcoming staff. The dentist and nurse were also lovely. I didn’t feel rushed. Everything was explained and they answered all my questions. I need further treatment. Nothing was pressurised. It was made really clear that the decision was mine.

The dentist I see, along with her anssistant, are always very welcoming and very thorough and always put me at my ease. Despite having to have a tooth out, seeing this particular dentist and her assistant is always a pleasure.

The dentist was in a bit of a rush and didnt understand how to use the x-ray equipment. She also had to x ray me twice as she made some sort of a mistake the first time so i was therefore kept waiting for over an hour. The music in reception was nice

Dentist explained procedure at each stage. Root canal treatment was carried out with care and there was no pain.
