My dental care has been provided by Billericay Dental care for approximately seven years. Throughout that time I have received the best possible care in regard to my dental treatment and in providing the utmost attention and support in regard to my ongoing physical disabilities.

I have a phobia re Dentists from childhood experiences. The dentist was amazing & very reassuring. She explained everything clearly without rushing things. I felt comfortable & would like to say a big thank you to a very calm & reassuring lady.

Had a toothache, phoned Billericay Dental & got same day appointment. Tooth needed removal. I cannot praise enough the professionalism. Was given written instructions for aftercare. Not only that but next day I was contacted to check I was doing ok and had no problems or concerns. In this day I would call that exceptional customer service. It takes away the worry you are on your own if you are having problems. All staff I have encountered at this practice are professional, warm, friendly, accommodating and caring. Highly recommend

After being very nervous and not visiting the dentist for a long time ,I needed to have a tooth extraction . The dentist and the dental nurse were extremely kind , caring and considerate . When I had the tooth removed they were very gentle and understanding . Thank you

Always get nervous on visits to the dentist, even for routine checkups, but the friendly staff made it easier to deal with and my appointment went smoothly.

My dentist was fantastic with many years experience. He has great bed side manners and filled me with confidence. The end result was beyond satisfactory.

The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The text reminders helpful. The Dentist was very friendly, skilled & professional and her Nurse also very kind. The premises are modern, clean and have up to date kit.

First appointment with a new dentist and she was brilliant!! My ten year old son is usually very frightened but this time he came out of the appointment smiling!! The staff are very friendly and comforting too! I have recommended to friends and will continue to do so!!

Mum has been seen by the same dentist on the last two occasions. She was shown respect and patience. The dentist took great care to check Mum's teeth and attended to her concerns. Excellent.
