My dentist explained what she was doing before my treatment and answered my questions after the procedure. Didnt rush me at all in my decision. Made me feel very at ease.

My only issue was, when I paid cash, they were unable to give me change as there's apparently no cash reserved to do so. It was requested that I leave the change on account but, as the financial climate is at the moment plugs just after Christmas, I wasn't prepared to do. Fortunately there was a nice gentleman who was able to change my notes, so I paid the right amount. But had he not been there, what would have happened?? I feel you should have a nominal amount of cash 'on board', for such situations. Having said that I had no problems with the staff

The doctor was more interactive providing rightful suggestions, examples and went through the root cause of the issues. Took more care along the entire procedure.

That our appointment is 830 and the dentist walks in after you at 835. That this is the only dentist I’ve seen at this practice that doesn’t include a clean

The whole experience was first class, from reception to seeing the dentist, the dentist was very informative, very polite and respectful, the help given was such a relief, for my health and wellbeing , instead of not wanting to go to a dentist I now look forward to it, because of the pleasant experience given,

The receiptionist to the Doctors, all are exceptional service providers. They realised my problems and advised the solutions. Allowed convinient next appintment and I felt more confidence in their treatment.

Dentist was prepared for my treatment. Very reassuring and calm. Kept me informed of what was happening. Clear instructions for aftercare. Good experience considering it was an extraction!
