Received an emergency appointment the same day with a tooth that had been throbbing for many weeks. The dentist only spoke broken English and was often quite impossible to understand. The dentist then diagnosed a tooth infection and booked me a root canal treatment in a fortnight, but prescribed me only a week's supply of antibiotics. The dentist then only filled the tooth without performing the root canal treatment. A month later and the tooth is still throbbing. I shall get it treated elsewhere now.

Trying to call surgery numerous times past two days no answer. Music kept playing and after 15 mns phone cuts off. Should invest in call back. Our time is also valuable. No emergency facilities exist ?

Awful experience worked myself up to go to appointment after having temporary filling few weeks back, was told I was booked in for permanent filling and booked for cosmetic assessment. I was told he didn’t have time to do filling so another temp for now. He looked at my teeth and said no nothing advisable and if he started work would be wasting his and my time. I did explain how I’m suffering with appearance and hate talking to people.. he then said before I left his a card with contact details on to see if they could help as he’s not worked on teeth as severe as mine. No compassion really lowered my self esteem more.. Really upset with the service.. I then called receptionist on way home and told her she apologised and said they have 15 mins.. I said I wasn’t even in there 5 mins. Oh he also booked me in to see another dentist for filling which apparently I was meant to book in at reception. He sat back in his chair was talking to me with his back turned the whole time. I came away upset, waste of a date and made to feel I have no hope as nobody would want to work on treatment plan.

I arrived 30 mins early and they saw me straight away. The dentist sucessfully removed my wisdom tooth in 15 mins. No pain at all and the dentist put me at ease with his polite and professional manner. I was dreading this but the staff were excellent.

I’ve used this practice many times and always found them quite rude, but this time was the icing on the cake. I have excruciating wisdom tooth pain as it gets stuck in my jaw, as my jaw is not wide enough for it to grow through. When I called to ask for an appointment as this is an emergency, the cold receptionist was so unhelpful and uncaring and gave me an appointment in 10 days time. She had no sense of empathy and the service was just disgusting. My toothache has now gotten so excruciatingly painful that I’ve had to contact emergency services. Hire new receptionists. Disgusting!

My son's had an appointment today at 11.50 which I booked for him a good few weeks ago. We didn't get seen till 12.55 my child gets very anxious coming to the dentist he is also autistic and making him wait over an hour to be seen is unacceptable. It was not busy at all so there is no excuse making my 9 year old child wait for that period of time.

Emergency visit in same day and got there 4.05 out at 4.35 with tooth gone and after the jabs worn off no pain at all such caring people thank you

I got an emergency appointment the next day. The reception staff were very polite. The premises was immaculate with the most up to date tech. Excellent consultation with a dentist who was so helpful and caring. 10/10
