My appointment was 40 minutes late, not told when I arrived that dentist was so far behind and had to go and pay extra car parking plus work late this evening as only get half an hour lunch break and had planned visit around my lunch

I got an emergency appointment within 4 hours of phoning and was delighted that the dentist was able to stick my broken tooth and crown back in place. She explained the options and was friendly and efficient. The assistant and receptionist were also very friendly, so definitely 5 star service all round!

The skill and advice of the dentist and her team. Her suggestions and provision of the dental skills were faultless and I am very pleased with the outcome on what was perhaps not an easy treatment. The reception was also efficient with updates and on line reminders.

The dentist explained fully what she was doing and explained everything well. Very welcoming and put me at ease. Very impressed today, and a refreshing change.

Phone answered almost immediately and emergency appointment arranged for the same morning. Treatment given which will hopefully sort out my problem and pain. Dentist v kind and supportive. Cannot fault anything.

Outstanding dental practice. Friendly, efficient and caring. Everything explained in detail too. Lovely reception staff who I found very friendly. My warm thanks to the dentist I’m with. Not sure if I can mention names but she’s the best ever. Thank you everyone.
