Nervous patient, suffer from anxiety dentist was so rude, kept saying “I’m not saying you have to” “you do what you want” “not forcing you” after I kept asking questions about what they think, do I need to have the root canal etc. Asked if they can numb my gum before the injections. Didn’t give me an answer only going back as I need to get it done.

I am a SENCo and I could not make any appointments which i needed without missing classes. My dentist chose to worker later than her shift judt to accomodate me. In fact she cancelled picking up her daughter just to facilitatd my treatment. That's going above and beyond and extraordinary service. Incredible

The dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything calmly in layman's terms. My son has no issues in going to appointments because he feels relaxed. Reception was understanding and patient when struggling to fill out forms. Would recommend this surgery to anyone needing a dentist

Receptionist very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Dentist explained everything carefully. Professional but friendly manner. Didn’t feel rushed like you often do when having a medical/ dental appointment.

My dental care was absolutely first class. The only gripe was the late cancellation of my February check up which had to wai until late June. Otherwise totally give star.
