I have noticed over last few years how very, very friendly and professional the surgery has become. It was average 6 years ago, I had a run in with one receptionist whom I think is long gone. The current ones are as professional as the Dentists they are working with. Having same dentist has enabled good relationships. My original lady gone, my chap very good! Safe and efficient! A very professional clinic with high standards no matter if a Private or NHS patient.

I had to wait at reception for quite some time , 1 receptionist and very busy! This resulted in my appointment being late.

My emergency appointment was on Christmas Day! All the staff were super helpful and sorted out my problem very quickly. So grateful to the practice to be open and to be seen so quickly. Thank you

The exceptional service extended to me by the reception team and the dentist in the face of a filling that loosened and fell out leaving a large cavity which needed an emergency filling

Very good service as always, but this time was terribly expensive!! £390 for a check up and a very small filling. When questioned,I was informed that I am a private patient and the filling was actually for 2!

I attended this practice as an emergency. The dentist was excellent in explaining everything he did and showed me the X-ray which is something my normal dentist has never done. Really impressed and thank you.
