Very friendly and professional, explained what she was doing. Seen at the exact time of the appointment so no waiting time. All round exceptional experience.

I attended an appointment at the practice this morning for 4 fillings. I am a very nervous patient and the dentist I saw was incredibly patient, kind and understanding. I was informed of what to expect at every stage of the treatment and the dentist kept checking in to see if I was OK. The practice is very clean and tidy and runs efficiently, I was not kept waiting. Receptionist also very helpful. Am glad to have found such a wonderful NHS dental practice. My children were also made to feel very at ease during their check ups and they came away from their first trip to the dentist very happy, which will certainly make it easier to take them again in future. All-round a great experience! Thank you

The dental practice is great. The reception staff are polite and help - they always answer the phone or call back promptly. The waiting area is calm and quite. The dentist was amazing - my son has autism and finds visiting the dentist very stressful - nevertheless, he came away happy and talking positively about the dentist. She was friendly and clear, which made the whole experience pleasant. My son felt safe. The dental nurse was also lovely and kind. The information given was detailed and helpful. I did not feel rush though at all. Overall, a great experience. Thank you very much.

The dentist and staff were on smile.They answered all our queries.They have patience specially for children.They were accommodating.I am so grateful that my friend referred me in this clinic.

A very good experience and I will not be frightened to go back. Can not speak more highly of todays visit. Took my tooth and I didn’t know she had done it. Brilliant.

After trying to register with several NHS Dentists, who all did not take new patients, this practice did accept me straight away, and the friendly receptionist immediately asked whether I wanted to register my husband as well. As I had a tooth ache, I was offered an appointment for the next morning. The dentist who examined me was friendly and cheerful, explained well what she was going to do, explained what may be causing my symptoms and showed me the X-rays she had just taken to demonstrate that there was no visible damage to my tooth. I felt very well and competently treated and reassured, and even though nothing untoward was found on examination, I felt that my symptoms were taken seriously, and I was given safety netting advice. I must say I have never laughed so much during a visit to any dentist - the whole atmosphere was delightful! On the basis of my experience today, I would certainly recommend this dental practice.

Very dedicated dentist with a friendly approach. I received 2 consultations in last 12 months both were very systematic and fruitful from her, giving not only a regular check and immediate tooth cleaning but also explaining my dental problems very clearly with different treatment options for my consideration. She further referred my case to another clinic which has a special instrument to take out my tooth without delay. Highly recommended dental practice!

I am extremely dental phobic. My dentist was very patient and understanding and showed great empathy towards my fears. Even letting me put the mould for my dentures into my mouth myself. Very happy with the treatment I received.
