I cannot recommend this practice enough! They have been brilliant, reassuring me throughout my treatment. They tell you what they are doing and make sure you understand the treatment plan. I am so pleased that I have found such a fantastic, caring practice locally. Thank you!

This was my first visit to this practice since registering with them and quite simply it was the best visit I've had to any dental practice. From reception to 'the chair' all were very friendly, accommodating and very respectful of my concerns. Their professional approach was fantastic. I was seen on time, and was in and out in no time. With my treatment plan now in place, I have no worries about returning to have the work carried out.

We really appreciate a review form a new patient, thank you for taking the time to post. We have limited availability for new patients but since the village started expanding we have added an additional surgery to the practice, with another dentist and hygienist. Exemplary service again today. Top-notch practice in my experience. Very clean bright freshly decorated. Good facilities. Was seen on my appointment time. Very pleasant dentist and support staff.

Easy to use pre appointment forms. Text reminder for appointment was a good idea. Helpful receptionist. Clean , well lit, spacious waiting room with screens. Friendly and approachable dentist.

Excellent service throughout, lady on the reception was really helpful . A credit to the practice. She’s new I believe and started in November.

Aycliffe has always been brilliant and this was proven when I needed an emergency appointment for root canal. The staff were so kind and helpful, explaining my options and reassuring me even though I was scared and in a lot of pain. The treatment immediately took my pain away and the practice were brilliant the whole time. My partner is now a patient there too off the back of the great service I had.

I had a tooth ache for several days rang first thing on the Friday morning and they fitted me in at 9.30 that day, staff were extremely nice and very pleasant,excellent surgery, thankyou.
