I felt bad that I had to change my appointment a few times, but if it was a nuisance, I would not have known due to the very professional and personable receptionists. My appointment was on time and thorough and the dentist gave me great advice. I am always nervous when I have a check-up but the dentist was brilliant at putting my mind at ease. Thank you for such a great service to everyone at Aycliffe Dental Surgery.

Thank you for your comments. It is never a problem to reschedule appointments when sufficient notice is given as we always have patients waiting for appointments who quite often can attend at short notice or are in pain. I just wish everyone would remember this as we have days of wasted surgery time every month due to people failing to attend their appointments despite multiple reminders going out in different formats. Thank you for your time in posting this review.

I have used this Dental Practice for years. I always get excellent treatment & advice from the Dentist. All Staff Professionals, Polite, Sincere, Kind, and welcoming.

Excellent treatment as usual from the staff at Aycliffe Dental Practice at Paddock Wood. Extremely pleased with check up. My teeth was cleaned really well to remove staining caused by the necessity of using Cordysol mouth wash

I took my children for their check ups last week and we saw a male dentist off the back of the waiting area. The dentist was fantastic with my young children, he asked them if they would like to go for a ride on the chair and my youngest son was so excited that after everyone had had their teeth checked he wanted to go again. The dentist let him climb on the chair again. They were given stickers by the nurse and my son left beaming from ear to ear. Thank you for making their experience special for them.

The staff were very polite and the service I received with my daughter was highly professional. The dentist was thorough and explained things in detail. We were really pleased on the day.

I recently attended the practice and I saw a male dentist round the back of the building. I had some treatment completed which was quick and pain free. Everything was explained to me in detail and I am very happy with the results. The service I recieved was amazing from start to finish and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
