Best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. I used to be petrified of the dentist due to previous experience but since going to Ash dental I’m well over my fear. There all so lovely & kind

Everyone there is so lovely. i was so nervous after past dentist were a little heavy handed and not very patient with my nerves, but ash dentist have been fantastic every step. constantly reassuring me and explaining everything they were going to do etc. i don’t feel scared or nervous going to the dentist anymore. absolutely brilliant service and excellent people, can’t thank them enough for making me feel so at ease.

My dentist is always so polite and interested me as a person, very helpful and never pushes you to have work done on your teeth that doesn’t need doing

The time spent having a tooth built back up as the dentist and nurse were very helpful and understanding even though ive never had work done by both off them

Everything was explained to me and the 2 ladies were lovely. Great service and customer care. Above and beyond. I am an extremely nervous patient and they made my experience a good one.

Service was good but overall experience of the surroundings was far from good. The smell of damp upstairs was awful and the white sofa in the waiting room was filthy!.

Aside from the treatment, my dentist took a few minutes to explain in detail how and when decay occurs. I think that those few minutes will be very useful to me in my daily routine. Thank you

Dentist was very polite and listened to all my worries and concerns, I have struggled with the dentist for years and have always been scared of going on my own but seen being at ash dental and the amazing staff they have working for them I have got my confidence back in going to the dentist on my own.

The reception staff always make it very easy for us to have our appointment together. My son has ASD with additional learning difficulties which makes visiting the dentist stressful but we were met with great enthusiasm which put my son at ease. Their response to his nervousness was brilliant supportive and very reassuring. This was mirrored by his/ our excellent dentist and nurse who have over the last year worked very hard to increase my son’s awareness of dental hygiene and care well done to all involved
