Very efficient. Appointment on time. Really friendly staff, genuinely caring. They take their time to put you at ease and explain everything thoroughly. Very professional service.

Drove 45mins from work to be at appointment on time for 16:45. Landed at 16:30 to be told I need to rebook as all systems are down. Understand that these things happen but surely there should be a process in place to contact patients prior or have a plan to see patients still and transfer findings to systems once running again. You can’t run a business depending on computer systems. When hospital systems are down patients still get seen to and attended to as there are processes in place via manual paper forms. Very inconvenient.

Today I had impressions taken and I pointed out that I suffer with a gag reflex. The dentist talked me through the procedure and put me a ease and made the experience as quick as possible to eliminate my stress.
