Over the past 2 years I have had 6 appointments cancelled being informed my dentist is sick. Week commencing 28.10.24 I have had 3 appointments arranged and again cancelled due to the dentist being sick. The next appointments are around Christmas time. I have prepaid for the treatment which I have not received. I have asked to be reimbursed and informed I have to fill in a form and wait for approx 2 weeks to be reimbursed. This is appealing service.

Very friendly staff...I have a fear of going to a dentist through previous practices. Although This this remains with me this practice and my nominated dentist have shown me empathy and kindness on every visit, reassuring me on everything they do to make me feel at ease and less nervous.

I’m very scared of the dentist and struggle to attend regular. The clinician that I had today and her assistant was very patient with me and very supportive. I have found this practice very supportive of me with this

Make you feel welcome and at ease I would recommend to my friends and deff will be going back im very nervous when I go to see a dentist but within a few minutes of being in there I was fine

Happy with my treatment today (17th January). I'm always treated with courtesy and respect, and I feel that any treatment I may require is carried out in a competent and professional manner.

I rang for emergency appointment today the service I got was Amazing the dentist I had was absolutely lovely really did everything possible to ensure I was out of this awful pain

Very helpful and polite staff. I was in pain and called in for an emergency appointment and the dentist was amazing so I have my teeth pulled out in a few minutes. Very pleased with service
