Dentist was good but the reception staff were so rude, I was 5 minutes late and was stood at reception not even been greeted for another 5 to then be told that because I was 10 mins late u may not be seen.

The receptionists are excellent and have a caring attitude whilst dealing efficiently with people. I was able to get an emergency appointment. The Dentist was very understanding. She provided excellent care and advice. Made a further appointment for a review with my named Dentist.

The waiting time. I turned up for my appointment and no one explained why the time was changed and why I was seeing another dentist who thought it was in my best interest to not have treatment today

I was unable to use the stair so they moved to a down stairs room for me which I thought was very nice of them it seemed to be no trouble for them they were very helpful friendly and considerate I was amazed how took care of me it was a lovely experience

The hygienist lady was a very nice woman talked me through everything but found it a bit annoying the the reception lady said she was taking in new patient till 12 0clock so my sisters came at 20 past 11 an she said we have stopped taking on now very annoying really need to make there minds up weather taking on or not

Friendly staff. Dentist always makes me feel at ease and thoroughly explains any treatment required. All the staff are very warm and friendly.

Quick appointment and seen on time - polite friendly staff and corrected my issue there and then. Price was good as well for the service I got.
