I lost a big filling in my front tooth which was so noticeable . I called first thing in the morning and was seen by 10am. The work on the tooth was brilliant and you can’t tell that half the tooth had cracked and fallen away.

I don’t find the reception layout to be very welcoming with the high desk and the staff being low behind it. The dentist saw my daughter first and at the end told me not to give her fizzy drinks and to stick with water and milk. I told her we don’t give her fizzy drinks but she does have squash occasionally and the dentist gave me the impression that she didn’t believe me, she came across as having a bit of an attitude “well it’s just a reminder” Then when she’d finished my check up she informed me that I needed a filling and instantly mentioned that the needle was quite a big one. I suffer with anxiety, particularly around needles and the dentist, and I felt she had no compassion. Her response was “it’ll only be 10-15 seconds then you won’t feel anything”. She gave me time to think about it but said “you can either have the filling or wait and have it removed.” I just felt she was very cold and blunt.

I’m type 1 diabetic I can’t eat drink or sleep. I have 3 abases 1 was sorted by the out of hours dentist 2 needed sorted ASAP by my dentist got an appointment she didn’t have time to do anything told me the problem was with the tooth that was sorted when it’s not that tooth doesn’t hurt it’s the other two that hurt. Iv never had pain like it I feel like I don’t even want to be here. 7 days of unbearable pain.

The staff that looked after me are fantastic, put me at ease right from the start , the hygienist and her assistant were excellent knew their jobs very friendly credit to the compny

The receptionist was pleasant and polite, the dentist I saw who I hope is my regular dentist is so happy and cheerful she makes you feel relaxed and explains everything in detail leaving you totally trusting whole she carries out her work she needs to do, an asset to the practice .

Dentist is great. Seating appalling people having to stand whilst they wait for long lengths of time. 7 seats is not enough for an entire practice.

Got an appointment for a broken tooth receptionist was superb fitting me in with regular dentist who is superb and did temporary filling

Friendly Reception Staff, Dentist also very friendly, very professional and plenty of choices and information offered. Dental nurse also friendly and worked well with the dentist Great experience Thank you.
